What'cha Doin' Wednesday

hello again!
is it me or are the weeks flyin' by?
the kids are still out of school so most of my day has been spent playin' taxi.
and speaking of cars...
i cleaned out and organized my glove compartment, but i had one problem...
napkins and lots of them!
i thought and thought and then was inspired by this cute tissue holder from moda.

so i went to work and made this! perfect!

i had hoped to make it last friday for my car organizing idea but no such luck...
i also quilted this quilt for patti.
i just love it! it makes me want to redecorate my whole house in these colors!
and who knew that it would take forever to sign my name on 60 siggy blocks!!!
they are off to the post office tomorrow, thank goodness!

and last, but certainly not least, i found some time to start putting my easter blocks together. i don't have a pattern, so i'm winging it. you think i'll get it done by easter???

i hope you are enjoying your week! hopefully the sun is shining on you!

What a beautiful quilt. How long does it take you from start to finish to do a quilt like that?

Love the napkin idea. The quilt you made was so beautiful. Do people request that you make a quilt for them? If so how does that work, do you buy the material and then pick the pattern? I am amazed that you get to do something you love for your job. Hope you have a blessed Thursday!
