well actually it's a "better if used by" date.
either way this is what happens when you use it after the date.

i didn't believe that it was the flour, i thought i must had forgotten something, so i tried again.
and yep, this is how it turns out.
BUT, if you overcook it and grab a spoon, it's not half bad!

Playing catch up here today Julie and loving it all. I love your new header! I keep my flour in the freezer if I have more in the house than I can reasonably use at any given time. It does not go rancid in there. Just let it come to room temperature before you use it! xxoo
I keep mine in freezer too. Just made some yummy muffins from best bites & it had just a hint of not so great flour flavor. We ate them anyway!
