Pumpkin Bars



Pumpkin Bars

Combine the following:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

In a large bowl, beat together:
4 eggs
1 - 15 oz pumpkin
1 2/3 cup sugar
1 cup canola oil

stir in dry goods

put in ungreased pan ( i use a jelly roll pan 15 x 10 x 1)
bake at 350 for 25-30 min.

Cream Cheese Frosting
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
this recipe was given to me by a beautiful and talented friend of mine.

Looks yummy! Of course, for me, anything pumpkin works! I made pumpkin zucchini bread yesterday and am enjoying a slice with my coffee this am. Thanks for the recipe.

I made this recipe and added pecans to the frosting. Will share it with the husband's guys at work and at my school! It is very fall!
