a friend of mine made this for her daughter, who has recently returned home from her mission.
i finished the quilting today.
she made envelope blocks

That IS a great quilt! I made my son a quilt to take with him when he LEFT on his mission in Seattle, but never thought of making one to help him remember the people he met & experiences he had. Lovely!
